Selby House is approximately two hundred and fifty years old and contains many original features.

All bedrooms are tastefully furnished and have excellent en-suite facilities.

One of our bedrooms is situated on the ground floor, and is suitable for people with mobility problems.

The ground floor bedroom is a large double bedroom.

On the first floor we have a double bedroom with an adjoining bedroom and sitting area, this can be occupied as a double, a twin or a family room, for children over 10yrs.

Bedroom facilities include:

• Colour television with remote control and DVD player

• Comfortable sitting area

• A choice of teas and coffees, hot chocolate, mineral water and home made cakes/biscuits

• Magazines and books, local attraction leaflets and dining out guide

• Hairdryer

We provide a full English breakfast using the very best local produce, some home grown, our own free range eggs and home made preserves. A choice of Vegetarian and Continental breakfasts are also available.

Selby House overlooks open fields and our large mature garden, with views to the Blackdown Hills and Wellington Monument. Guests are welcome to relax in the garden and also enjoy strolling around the paddock, pond and vegetable garden.
